Since 2004 until these days, Peter and his team worked for us in several projects. From relative small renovations of a bathroom, basement and an office, till complete restructuring and renovations of an apartment of 140m2 on the 3rd en 4rd floor en a 4 level house of 300m2. Peter can arrange a complete team to do the job. Stuck, painting, wood, and electricity work is of a high professional level. Peter is a good communicator during the project, he is quick in his respons and his service after the project is finished is excellent.

Peter's team helped me with two repair works: one in 2004 in an apartment in Amsterdam and one in 2010-2011 in our house in Amstelveen. The first one included demolishing of old walls and ceilings, building new room partitions, plastering, painting, electricity and some other small things. I was happy with the quality/price and asked Peter to help me with the the house in Amstelveen in 2010. In Amstelveen the list of works was the same, however the scope was much bigger. I can state that the quality of Peter's work actually became better in these 6 years.

Construction work is difficult to predict especially when you deal with repair or re-building of the old property. This is where flexibility of your project manager and contractor is a very valuable asset. And Peter demonstrated it in full: people worked when needed, making long hours in the evenings and weekends. The team was constructive in inevitable discussions about the way things were done (in a number of cases they changed the work they had already completed without extra pay from my side based on arguments and common sense). Core personnel speaks good enough English to communicate on details, which makes it possible to deal with workers directly not involving Peter himself all the time.

Communication with Peter is not a problem: e-mail, phone - always works and we managed to settle all questions in a win-win manner.

I would recommend Peter's team for any type of repair work.

Van een vriend kreeg ik een tip over een Poolse aannemer die allerlei werkzaamheden verrichte. Die vriend liet me zijn badkamer, gebouwd door Peter Janzak en zijn team, en dat zag er prima afgewerkt uit. Peter heeft voor mij diverse werkzaamheden verricht, alle in volle tevredenheid. Hij heeft een keuken verwijderd en er een kamertje van gemaakt, prachtig glad gestukt. De leidingen omgelegd naar een andere ruimte en nieuwe aansluitingen geplaatst. Daarna heb ik hem terug gevraagd voor een ander huis. Daar heeft hij een tussenwand geplaatst en een nieuwe ingang. Wat ik prettig vind met Peter is dat hij terug komt als je achteraf toch een verandering wilt.

Al met al ben ik zeer tevreden over het afgeleverde werk.

Kitchen.

In july 2010 I bought a new kitchen , before the installation of my kitchen some adjustments had to be made like gaz, electricity en waterconnection. It had to be done quite fast because after having bought the kitchen they would deliver the kitchen in a very shorte delay. All this work is done fast and professional by PM HOUSE & HOTEL SERVICE. At the same time they egalised my walls and stuced the as well, because of this work I have now a beautifull good fuctioning kichen which I still enjoy everday. All this was done for a very good price. I can recommend PM HOUSE & HOTEL SERVICE to everyone.

Bathroom

In 2011 PM HOUSE & HOTEL SERVICE renovated my entire bathroom . Ik used to be an old bathroom with a floor which could not be cleaned anymore. PM HOUSE & HOTEL SERVICE removed this floor and made a new one with beton, they layered this with tile and made all the necessary new waterconnections. The ceiling is now lightened with dimlight which gives a luxurious style. My shower is now a beautifull walk-in shower separated by glass. Absolutely beautifull. I am very content especially considering the cost and the work PM HOUSE & HOTEL SERVICE has done for me. For bathroom I can certainly recommend PM HOUSE & HOTEL SERVICE.

Peter Janczak and his men did all the main construction work in our new house after we bought it in the beginning of 2011; on the first floor of the apartment they did all the stucwork (walls and ceilings), electra and central heating. They also totally renovated the shabby loft on the second floor of our apartment. They build four separate rooms in what used to be an open space and did all the stucwork there aswell. They also did all the electra and placed central heatings on our second flour en placed a toilet and sink there.They did all the work exactly in the six weeks we agreed on upfront.

We chose for Peter because he already renovated my brothers house to his great satisfaction, so we knew he would deliver good work. And he and his men did. They worked quick, only slightly exceeded the budget (and only after consulting us about that). We had offers from two other contractors next to Peter and Peter was by far the cheapest of the three. The communication with Peter went pretty smoothly. Not all his employees speak English, but Peter does and he's very accessible on his mobile phone when you have questions or certain things are unclear. If he doesn't work on the project himself, Peter comes by every couple of days to see if the project is developing as planned. He and his men delivered great work and we're still happy with the result.
